1. Structure and material of high temperature resistant conveyor belt
1. Covering layer material
EPDM: temperature resistance range -50℃~+150℃, suitable for short-term high temperature environment (such as cement kiln tail ash discharge).
Silicone rubber (SiR): temperature resistance -70℃~+250℃, strong tear resistance, suitable for wafer transmission in semiconductor industry.
Fluororubber (FKM): temperature resistance -20℃~+300℃, chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical raw material transportation.
Ceramic fiber composite layer: through the composite of ceramic fiber and rubber, the temperature resistance can reach more than 800℃, suitable for high temperature slag transportation in steel smelting.
2. Skeleton layer design
Steel wire rope core: high strength, low elongation, suitable for long distance and heavy load transportation (such as cement plant clinker transportation).
Aramid fiber: high temperature resistant, lightweight, suitable for weight-sensitive scenes in high temperature environment (such as aerospace component transportation).
Stainless steel mesh belt: All-metal structure, temperature resistance over 1000℃, suitable for high-temperature molten metal transportation (such as aluminum liquid casting).
2. Typical application scenarios
